Keith has some thirty-five years’ experience in Estate Agency in Torbay, a good deal of which has been with his colleague Michael Libby. During this time he has amassed considerable knowledge and contacts within the profession. Living in Preston himself, Keith is a fellow of the NAEA and prides himself in offering a professional and personal approach to all clients.

Matheu joined Bryce Baker in 2009 as a trainee sales negotiator having gained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Property Management and Investment. Matheu's enthusiasm and grasp of the profession compliments the strong sales team admirably.

Gill has been responsible for the development and growth of the Rental Department for 20 years, making it the foremost Letting Agency in Torbay. Gill undertakes rental property valuations and liaises with the portfolio landlords.
