Keith has some thirty-five years’ experience in Estate Agency in Torbay, a good deal of which has been with his colleague Michael Libby. During this time he has amassed considerable knowledge and contacts within the profession. Living in Preston himself, Keith is a fellow of the NAEA and prides himself in offering a professional and personal approach to all clients.

Michael joined Bryce Baker over three years ago and has been in Estate Agency for over thirty years in the Paignton area. Living and working in Preston gives him much in-depth knowledge of the area. He is responsible for valuations and listing properties to sell.

Nikki’s career in Estate Agency spans some five years in Torbay and she brings a positive and lively approach to the sales team at Bryce Baker. Nikki is keen to use her knowledge in the profession to make the moving process for clients, as smooth and enjoyable as possible

Sue joined Bryce Baker as an administrator, having previously worked for ten years as a secretary for two chartered surveyors. She enjoys all aspects of her job, taking great care to produce sales details as accurately and attractively as possible using the latest state of the art computer systems to portray properties at their very best.

Gill has been responsible for the development and growth of the Rental Department for 18 years, making it the foremost Letting Agency in Torbay. Gill undertakes rental property valuations and liaises with the portfolio landlords.
